“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster may have bragging about her home in Malibu that she designed herself, but it sounds like her journey at this home is coming to an end. Today, reports surfaced that she has listed her home and would be moving, but she has yet to confirm anything on Twitter. According to a new US Weekly report published on Feb. 10, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster may be leaving her lemon gardens behind in favor of something new.
Yolanda and David Foster have listed their home that they have shared on the show. They have listed their home for an astonishing $27.5 million. The home is 11,622 square feet custom-built and it has a massive ocean view and a gorgeous infinity pool. The property also features orchards of citrus and avocado trees. The property has been shown on the show, including for various dinner parties and her recent painting party.
Yolanda’s home may be listed at $27.5 million, but it sounds like the future owner will get lots for their money. The three-level home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. In addition, it features an office, library, oversized custom closets, screening room, recording studio and exercise room. Last year, Yolanda explained that she loved her Malibu backyard and would not consider moving back to Beverly Hills. "I am not a city girl. I [was] born and raised on a farm, so for me, I need nature," she explained. "If I had to live in Beverly Hills seven days a week, my spirit would probably die."
Yolanda recently listed her Vancouver home as well. Why do you think she is selling her homes?
