As she films the fifth season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, are once again in fight mode. And this time around, the allegations are quite shocking.

In the lawsuit, former pastry chef Martha Diaz alleges her supervisor, Gustovo Molina, and two other members of the kitchen staff, “touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pics in her locker,” according to an Aug. 21 report by Reality Tea.

Diaz claims the harassment began in March 2014 and went unpunished even after she reportedly went to upper management in the restaurant. She also says it led to a "hostile" work environment.

The exact amount requested was not noted by the report.

On June 30, Reality Tea revealed the start of filming on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season five, noting that all of the housewives from season four were returning, with the exception of Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" returns to Bravo this fall.
