‘RHOBH’ star Lisa Vanderpump’s dog more important than friendship?

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump was shocked when Kim Richards accused her of skipping out on her party in favor of dining at her own restaurant, SUR. Instead, Lisa revealed that she had been in Missouri for the weekend to support a charity that is very important for her and her dog, Giggy. According to a new Bravo report published on Jan. 14, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump is now revealing that her dog is very important to her, including previous engagements.

“As many of you know I support various charities, speaking on their behalf, turning up at events where help is needed -- the American Humane Association, GLAAD in support of the LGBT community, and feeding the homeless every Monday for the last six years. But that's me,” she revealed. And on the episode, Lisa was spending time on another charity when Kim came over to complain.

“Now Giggy is a personality in his own right, so I needed a charity that would fit his profile -- and children with alopecia was a perfect match. Now can I compare Giggy's hair loss with that of a child's? Of course not, but I knew that Giggy could make a difference, bring some levity to what otherwise can be a somber affair,” she revealed. And it sounds like he is having a great time with the children, who are suffering from the same thing.

Do you think Lisa’s charity work is more important than some friendships?
