“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump has had a tough year and it sounds like she isn’t about to get some positive vibes. The season finale air this week and it appears that she isn’t eager to watch the reunion shows next week. And off the show, she is also dealing with some legal issues. According to a new Radar Online report published on March 12, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump recently had a lawsuit dismissed, even though she wanted to sue a contractor for not doing as agreed.

Back in 2013, she and her husband filed a court claim, revealing that Ken was the victim of an “attempted shakedown and extortion” by a “violent and opportunistic ex-felon” named David Cazaref and his brother Kevin, who allegedly attacked him at his new restaurant location and then hatched a plot to scam him. This is at the P.U.M.P. establishment. Ken supposedly hired Cazaref to be a contractor on the place, but things got violent when Ken tried to tell him how to do his work.

They made “express oral complaints that they would go to the police with their false and fabricated accusations and have Plaintiff arrested and charged with battery, brazenly boasting that they had a family member with connections to the police department in the area who would assist them,” reveals the report. “In perpetuating their fabricated story, unless Plaintiff paid Defendants at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) in cash,” it was claimed.

As for Ken, he claims that he suffered from “severe and serious mental and emotional distress, pain and suffering, all to his damage at an amount to be proven at trial.” What do you think of them getting everything dismissed?
