‘RHOBH’ star Lisa Vanderpump accuses Brandi of slander

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump may have been shocked this past week when she learned that Brandi Glanville had revealed that she had once filed for bankruptcy. The comment seemed to come out of nowhere, and Lisa is rather shocked that Brandi would reveal such information. Now, she is sharing her thoughts. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Feb. 10, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump is now responding to Brandi’s claims and it sounds like she is taking a legal defense.

Initially, Brandi revealed that Lisa wasn’t always successful. "On our show, there are certain people who want to project this perfect persona like there’s nothing wrong in the world," Brandi revealed on her podcast. "Like, Lisa Vanderpump used to live deep in the Valley and was filing for bankruptcy — and she doesn’t want to talk about that. That’s interesting to me."

Even if the bankruptcy was true, it is odd why she would bring it up out of nowhere. "Although I never normally respond to negative stories, @radar_online needs to retract this last one," Lisa revealed about the site. "My husband and i have NEVER filed bankruptcy — that is slander and damaging." She also addressed Brandi’s other comments. "Also Calabasas — 'deep in the valley as you say' — never lived there also," Lisa continues. "I have no need to fabricate the extraordinary journey which my husband and I have taken."

It sounds like Lisa may be thinking about legal action if there isn’t a retraction. "It's an attack on my character," Lisa says. "What my castmates say about me, I have no control over. However, @radar_online needs to be responsible. #slander."

Do you think Lisa would ever take legal action against Brandi?
