“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards has been trying to make peace with Lisa Vanderpump over the past couple of months, but it sounds like she could have taken 10 steps back by talking to Brandi Glanville about Lisa's past. Brandi came out with a story that Lisa and Ken had been bankrupt before, something they deny. However, Brandi says that Kyle told her the story. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Feb. 18, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards spoke out in defense of herself on Facebook after learning that Brandi was pointing the finger at her.

“Brandi must have misunderstood an innocuous conversation we had in which we discussed the fact that Ken himself had made a speech at a party in their home where he said that he and Lisa had owned businesses and properties in Calabasas and discussed the course of their journey,” Kyle has revealed in defense of her getting the blame for the bankruptcy rumor.

Lisa and Ken have said that the bankruptcy rumors are indeed slanderous, but Kyle doesn’t want to get involved. “The other claim made did not come up in this conversation and is not something I have heard,” she reveals. It sounds like she doesn’t deny talking about it, but she does deny saying that they filed for bankruptcy.

What do you think of her story?
