‘RHOBH’ star Ken Todd sued over assaulting construction workers

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Ken Todd is the husband of Lisa Vanderpump, the housewife who has faced her challenges this season. She is no longer friends with her co-stars and she is contemplating whether she wants to return to the show. She has her own “Vanderpump Rules” which has just been renewed for a new season. And she is also busy with her new gay bar, P.U.M.P. But this bar appears to be affecting the couple, as Ken is facing a lawsuit over some feuds with construction workers. According to a new report published on April 11, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Ken Todd is now being sued by the same brothers, who he tried to sue last year over the same altercation.

Last year, he tried to sue the brothers who were working on his bar because he felt that he had been attacked by them. According to the brothers, it was Ken who attacked them. Ken filed a suit against them, but it was thrown out when he didn’t show up in court. Now, the brothers have decided to sue him back. Brothers Kevin and David Cazaref claim that Ken attacked them outside his West Hollywood restaurant and are now suing for assault, battery, and slander. THey say that they were just doing their job, when Ken began to complain about their work “in a rude and aggressive manner.”

When Kevin asked Ken to show him the proper way of doing his job, Ken supposedly shoved him, which led them with no other choice than to contact the Sheriff’s deputy. The papers filed reveal that Ken then apologized and offered Kevin “a sum of money as a gesture of good faith.” This wasn’t enough, as they have now sued Ken. Ken seemed to have believed that the brothers were blackmailing him because they didn’t accept the offer.

What do you think happened between these two? Do you think that Ken needs to be sued over this?
