“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville may enjoy having her own Podcast where she can interview whoever she wants and pretty much say whatever she wants. But it sounds like her recent joke has people shocked and now she is speaking out about what she said on the show. According to a new Radar Online report published on Jan. 16, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville is now experiencing a backlash after her Podcast joke had people rattled yesterday.
Yesterday, she made headlines because she decided to make a joke about molestation. She revealed that she was jealous that her sister had been molested and that she wanted to have been the one. Now, she felt passed over by the adult in charge. Even though she meant it as a joke, people are furious.
“I was interviewing stand up comedians for my podcast! . Had to go through their stand up routines to know what 2 talk about!” she revealed on Twitter after her Podcast made headlines yesterday. “I'm sorry if I offended anyone with interview My show is a COMEDY based entertainment show for adults I'm sorry.”
And the Rape Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN), isn’t laughing. “As any good parent would know, sexual abuse of children is nothing to laugh about,” spokesperson Katherine Hull told FOX411. “Sexual abuse should never be fodder for comedy.” Some people have even questioned whether Brandi had a right to call out her sister’s molestation past.
What do you think of her apology?
