Rumors have been flying that Taylor Armstrong will not be coming back to “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and that producers are trying to get some new blood on the show. Those are foregone conclusions; however, according to E! News on Feb. 21, the next housewife out the door in Beverly Hills might just be Adrienne Maloof.
Adrienne Maloof is a very popular cast member. So why would she want to leave the show? You can sum it up in two words: Brandi Glanville. A source reportedly close to the show explains.
"The truth is that Adrienne is fed up of all the drama taking place with Brandi [Glanville]. She is considering not returning as she wants to concentrate on her businesses and she doesn't want to be pulled down into the whole mess with Brandi again. What happened over the last season with her kids has really upset her.”
However, the producers want her to stay, according to the same source. "The producers want her back, and they want to have Sean Stewart on the show too, as they feel like that relationship is ratings gold."
So if Taylor Armstrong and Adrienne Maloof do leave, who would replace them? That’s a good question, as many who were once clamoring to be on the show are no longer interested. A source close to the show’s producers told E! News what’s going on.
"They are having problems finding new members for the cast as barely any of the women they have approached want to do the show. It's not fun anymore. It seems dirty and nasty. And not something real Beverly Hills women want to get involved in. The cat fights are too nasty; it's not classy and not something they think will be good for them."
Is there anyone who’s a good possibility at this point in time? According to an insider, there have been talks with Dayna Devon, the former host of “Extra.” Other than that, it’s anyone’s guess.
