If it’s not Brandi Glanville and LeAnn Rimes going at it, then it’s Brandi Glanville and Adrienne Maloof going at it. According to Reality Tea on Jan. 31, the revelation that Brandi Glanville is now friends with Dr. Paul Nassif, Adrienne Maloof’s ex-husband is fueling the war of words between these two once again.
“It’s the ultimate betrayal,” Adrienne Maloof, star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” told Life & Style. “It’s extremely hurtful.”
In the last two months, Brandi Glanville and Dr. Paul Nassif have seemingly forged a friendship after all the screaming matches of last season on the show involving the big secret Brandi blurted out, especially the scene at Mauricio Umansky’s business reception.
About the friendship, Brandi Glanville insists that’s all it is. “We’re friendly. Every once in a while, he’ll text me. He’s very nice.”
Adrienne Maloof isn’t thinking too “nice” about either Brandi or her ex right now. “I believe getting close to Paul is a ploy on Brandi’s part to make herself more relevant,” Adrienne elaborates. “I feel the sudden friendship with him was thought out and vindictive.”
It’s doubtful if Brandi Glanville cares much about that. She accuses Adrienne Maloof of trying to get her fired from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” “She [Adrienne] is not a very nice person; she pretends to be,” Brandi insists. “I called her to talk to her about the situation. But it’s hard for me to apologize to someone when I feel like they owe me an apology prior to that.”
Brandi Glanville’s new book, “Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders,” is due out shortly. Supposedly, there is a lot of dirt about LeAnn Rimes in it but it leaves one wondering how much is in there about Adrienne Maloof. We won’t have to wait long to find out.
