“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks has revealed a few secrets in her newest book, but it sounds like some of them may be shocking. In fact, in one chapter, she reveals that she will lie to her husband to get him to purchase something that she likes, even though he isn’t necessarily sold on it. And she doesn’t see a problem with it. According to a new Bravo blog posted on Nov. 4, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks is now revealing that using reserve psychology on her husband may work.
In her book, she reveals that they were getting ready for a wedding when she really didn’t like the suit he was picking out. To trick him into buying the suit she wanted him to wear, she “picked out one suit that she didn’t like, and one that she did, then gave a lackluster response when Apollo modeled the former. When he picked up the second suit, she was all about the compliments.
And that apparently sold him on the suit. “The thing about men is," she writes, "if you make things easy enough for them, they will do what you want.” It sounds like she knows exactly how to control her husband, even though it is not an admirable thing to do.
What do you think of her admission?
