“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks may be an attorney but one has to wonder if she will be involved in her husband’s recent charges of fraud and identity theft. One can imagine that she is furious about him lying about various business names, but she has said nothing about the charges. But she is tweeting updates. According to a new tweet released on Jan. 26, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks hasn’t said much about her husband’s recent charges.

“Tune in to Bravo tonight at 8 p.m. for a new episode of #RHOA,” she simply tweeted after the news of her husband’s arrest and charge came out. Apollo himself has said a few things, including revealing that he was in jail in 2008, even though the fraud charges stem from dealings from 2009.

In addition, she has shared dates on her book tour, meaning she will be meeting with people to get books signed. If that wasn't enough, Apollo has called the charges crazy, but hasn't denied that he was taken into custody and released.

Since Phaedra is a lawyer, do you think she should issue a statement on behalf of her husband?
