“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Peter Thomas has shared his money struggles on the show, as he had to close Uptown on his first season of the show, so they could pay for their wedding. He was caught on the phone, talking about investments that were falling through, but it sounds like he hasn’t done any business with Apollo Nida, Phaedra Parks’ husband. However, he could be linked to this new scandal. According to a new Radar Online report published on Feb. 17, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Peter Thomas could be linked to Apollo Nida’s fraud scandal.

This weekend, reports surfaced that Cynthia Bailey’s husband was linked to Apollo’s false business ventures that he is facing legal action over. However, Cynthia doesn’t think that is true and she is out defending her husband. “I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge,” Bailey told Jet Magazine. “The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information …”

And Peter himself has spoken out to a website about it, adding, “I don’t know nothing about it. I have absolutely no comment on his arrest.” He doesn’t want to say anything about Apollo’s arrest, since they are friends. “I just have to wait, like everyone else, to see how it plays out,” he continued. “I hope that everything will play out in the best form.”

Do you think Peter is involved?
