‘RHOA’ star NeNe Leakes admits she was wrong at the charity event

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore have not been getting along for a while, but it sounds like NeNe wasn’t happy when she learned that Kenya was hosting a ball in her name without informing her of it. NeNe thought it was odd that she would host an event in her name without officially inviting her or talking about it with her. According to a new Bravo report published on Feb. 18, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes is now revealing that she may have overreacted on the show when Kenya asked her to host the charity event.

“WOW! What a show! I don't have a lot I want to say, but I'll start by saying I apologize for my behavior at the charity event. I definitely don't want to teach young women that this is the proper way to respond when someone is trying to trick you into a situation and push your buttons. I would much rather teach young women to be aware of the wolves in sheep’s clothing,” she reveals. She is referring to the speech she held during the event.

However, she doesn’t forgive Kenya. “Kenya used the charity’s name for her own selfish reasons. I'm the kind of girl that likes to spill the facts. Everything else is just gossip and B.S. Here are the facts. I never received a call, a text, or an email from Kenya. What I did learn the night before the charity event is that Kenya had used a PR Firm to send e-vites to everyone, which is why I didn't see it,” she reveals.

What do you think of NeNe’s behavior?
