‘RHOA’ star Kim Zolciak enjoys life despite lawsuit against her?

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak may not be on the show anymore, but she is still dealing with some of the negative issues that arose from the show. For one, she has been dealing with her failed friendship with NeNe Leakes and earlier this week, it was revealed that Kandi Burruss is suing her over a copyright infringement for the song, “Don’t Be Tardy,” which was a song written by Brielle Zolciak and produced by Kandi. Money has always been an issue between Kim and Kandi, so it isn’t surprising that Kandi is finally suing Kim to get a hold of the profits they had verbally agreed to split. According to a new tweet released on March 19, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak is proving to her fans that the lawsuit isn’t bothering her at all.

“How precious! I'm laying with hubs on the couch and baby Kash is sleeping in his mamaroo I glance over and he is CHEEZING at me so BIG,” Kim tweeted earlier this week, despite having her publicist issuing a statement about the payments that Kandi got. She claims that she did pay Kandi upwards of $23,000 for the song, which ended up earning over $100,000 while the season was airing. And while Kandi claims she is entitled to more, Kim is confident that she can win this case. “The truth always surfaces!!!” she added while relaxing with her family.

Do you think that Kim will win the case, given she claims that she has already paid Kandi for the song? Do you think Kandi is wrong to sue years later?
