“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak is an avid tweeter and Instagrammer, so when something is happening in her life, she will let it known. This week, she shocked everyone because she was in the hospital, getting fluids. She hadn’t really hinted that she was sick, so it all seemed so sudden and rushed. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Jan. 10, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak revealed that she was in the hospital for a while due to a sudden illness.

“Been sick as hell for 2 days!! thankful for the best docs ever. #fluseason,” Kim revealed, while sharing a picture of herself with an IV in her arm. She didn’t reveal what else she had, but it sounds like she is just going through a rough time. Just a couple of days later, she revealed that she was feeling much better and that she was surprised at how much better she felt just by getting more fluids into her body.

Perhaps her immune system was down because she recently gave birth to her twins. It is possible that her body was completely drained by the experience, so she needed to have some to rebuild her immune system. Or maybe she was just hit with the flu that is going around.

What do you think of her tweets?
