‘RHOA’ star Kenya Moore isn’t pushing Brandon to press charges

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore came to NeNe Leakes’ party with her friend, Brandon DeShazer. This isn’t Brandon’s first time in the spotlight. He was part of Kenya’s production team last season when she tried to set up a deal for Phaedra Parks’ workout DVD before she got thoughts of her own DVD. But during this week’s episode, it appears that Brandon was the victim. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Jan. 27, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore is standing by her friend’s side.

A brawl broke out between the cast members on the show, and Brandon wasn’t really involved. He simply came to Kenya’s defense after Christopher put his hands on her. But as soon as Brandon got involved, Apollo Nida got up from his seat and charged Brandon. On the show, he is seen beating him, even though Brandon is laying down. On a preview for the next episode, Brandon is seen telling Kenya, “He cracked my rib.” He also adds that if he was to report it, it would be an automatic felony.

Since Apollo already has a past with the law, he would probably be heading back to jail if Brandon was to report him. So, did he end up pressing charges? Kenya isn’t pressuring him and when fans asked her whether he would be pursuing revenge, she replied, “That's his decision alone.”

He hasn’t filed charges as of yet, but it sounds like he could still pursue justice if he wanted to. Do you think he should file charges?
