The stories seem to differ greatly between Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore when it comes to the fitness DVD that the two women were planning on working on together. While Phaedra claims she was planning on paying Kenya for her work, Kenya claims that Phaedra wanted her to work for free. And now, according to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report released on Jan. 19, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore is now claiming that no one wanted to work with Phaedra at all, which was why her help was so important.
“This entire falling out is simply over Phaedra’s pure greed, over-inflated ego, and her desire to exploit our friendship,” Kenya begins. “It appears that everybody knows that Phaedra is shady except for me. She will try to sell you anything including a boldface lie with her ‘spin’ tactics i.e. baby gate.” Of course, Kenya is referring to all of the stories surrounding Phaedra Parks' first pregnancy, where she seemed to have troubled giving a real due date because she happened to get pregnant before getting married.
And while “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore was working hard on securing deals for Phaedra, it seems that Phaedra saw that as a must-have rather than a thankful effort. “My distribution deal would have paid for MOST if not ALL of the costs to make the video because of the cash advance offered. For that, all I asked is for a mere 10% of her profits from the sales if any. Reasonable? OF COURSE,” Kenya explains. “She bragged about having other offers on the table yet, she distributed herself online to Amazon.com to abysmal sales using her own money. The truth is, no one wanted her video because they did not believe in her or her gimmicky video.”
