“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss felt caught in the middle on Sunday’s episode of the show, because her mother was attacking Todd Tucker, telling him that she felt he was taking advantage of Kandi’s life, success and finances. And she was being pretty blunt about it all. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Dec. 3, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss is now defending her actions on Sunday’s episode of the show.
Many people thought that Kandi wasn’t doing enough during the fight to stand up for her man, as her mother was letting her feelings known. "Everyone says stand up to your mama and blah, blah, blah, but believe it or not I do speak my mind to my mother. I just don’t say it in some crazy disrespectful way, because she is my mother," Kandi wrote, adding, "So to everyone who is screaming at me through the TV screen to 'do something about my mom,' I’m not sure exactly what you expect me to do. I can only say how I feel, and if she doesn’t listen to me, then what?"
But Kandi doesn’t agree with her friend Carmen that cutting off a mother is the way to go, even if her mother is out of line. “I don’t believe in cutting off your relationship with your mom. So for now I’m just hoping that over time things will work out for the best," she adds.
Do you think Kandi and Todd will last if they don’t work out this issue with Joyce?
