‘RHOA’ star Cynthia Bailey’s daughter Noelle still going strong with Arthur

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey was criticized by NeNe Leakes when she shared the news that her daughter wanted to date a boy at the age of 14. And it sounds like she wanted to give her daughter the freedom to date. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Dec. 4, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey is now revealing that her daughter is still going strong with her boyfriend, Arthur.

“They are still together, yes. And that conversation you saw on the show, between us and Arthur and his mom, that was a real conversation. They only showed a few minutes of what ended up being a really long talk where we set the ground rules,” she reveals. And it sounds like she and Arthur’s mother have set rules in place to monitor the relationship.

“We said, ‘You always have to be supervised by an adult. If your grades start slipping, this whole boyfriend-girlfriend thing is over.’ There were a lot of rules that had to be put in place for us to be able to even support this…this union…at the age of 14,” she adds. It sounds like they are giving them room to be a couple without giving them complete freedom.

What do you think of their dating rules?
