'RHOA' Porsha Stewart told to just shut up and marry well

Porsha Stewart has received a lot of criticism since mistaking the Underground Railroad for an actual train during a recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." One person who is furious at the reality TV star's mistake is talk show host Wendy Williams. As reported by All About The Real Housewives on Tuesday, Jan. 14, Wendy has said that Porsha should get off TV.

Wendy believes that Porsha should get off TV because she's just an embarrassment to her race.

“She was an embarrassment at that point to all my people. And here she goes saying that she’s the granddaughter of a Civil Rights leader, and the whole bit. It was a real dumb black moment right there," Wendy said.

Wendy also suggested that Porsha is so dumb that she is of no use except as a trophy wife.

"My advice to Porsha is keep your mouth shut and marry well. Sorry Porsha, you did it to yourself," she added.

Porsha Stewart, who is the granddaughter of civil rights leader and philanthropist Rev. Hosea Williams, recently defended herself, saying that her mistake was a "brain lapse." She also said that, realizing her mistake, she has since gone back and brushed up on her history. Clearly, she would not agree with Wendy Williams's assessment that she is no good other than as a trophy wife.

Do you think Porsha was a good addition to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" or a mistake?
