In shocking "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" news, Apollo Nida was charged with bank fraud and identity theft. On Jan. 25, Radar Online shared the news about the husband of Phaedra Parks.

He actually knew about the charges and turned himself in to authorities on Thursday night. Apollo is now home after paying a bond of $25,000 to get out of jail. If he really did what they are saying, it is really shocking. The reports are that he would make up fake companies and then he could access databases to find individuals to rip off. Next he would use these real names to open fake bank account and then put stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds in those accounts.

Apollo will be going to court for all of this in February. It will be interesting to see if he is convicted. He could end up spending a lot of time in jail over this one.
