The two split after 17 years of marriage and many fans were disappointed to see over a decade of love be thrown away.
Now, many are questioning whether it was all a gimmick to bring in higher ratings for the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" show. The couple weren't divorced for long, and they were reunited during the latest season of the show, NeNe even took Gregg on the show's couples vacation in Anguilla. Now, the couple are officially back together as NeNe tweeted on New Year's Eve that Gregg proposed to her that night and she said yes.
Many didn't have any doubts that she would tell him no if he asked but it simply reaffirms that the couple didn't completely agree with a divorce, and separation was likely a better and less costly choice. Nobody is sure what the wedding will be like, or if there will even be one, but knowing this reality star who has a flair for drama, it will likely be an extravagant event.
