'RHOA' Kandi Burruss supports Phaedra Parks on day Apollo Nida plead guilty

Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks are true friends, not just co-stars on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Kandi showed just what a good friend she was to Phaedra when she went to see her on the day that her husband, Apollo Nida, plead guilty to charges of mail, wire and bank fraud, admitting that he took part in a massive $2.3 million scheme that began all the way back in 2009.

On Tuesday, May 6, Kandi posted on Twitter and Instagram that she went to see Phaedra at her office earlier that day. She noted that she was stuck talking with Phaedra for hours. Considering what Apollo, the father of Phaedra's two sons, did at court that day and it being all over the news, it's not hard to imagine that Phaedra was unloading all of her emotions on Kandi. Kandi was likely consoling Phaedra and giving her a shoulder to lean on.

Yet no matter how Phaedra's really feeling, she seems adamant to portray an image that nothing is wrong. The photo that Kandi posted of her and Phaedra shows both smiling broadly, with Phaedra looking downright cherry. One person replied on Twitter that it's crazy that Phaedra is still smiling when her husband just plead guilty. Another person also wondered how Phaedra could be smiling when Apollo is facing 30 years in prison. Of course, some people have speculated on social media and blogs that Phaedra was the brains behind the crimes and just have yet to be caught.

While Apollo has reassured everyone that he's still alive and well via his Twitter account, Phaedra herself has remained silent over the whole affair. However, Kenya Moore, Phaedra's biggest enemy on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," certainly has had a lot to say about Apollo's guilty plea. She thanked God for exposing her enemies and even joked about Apollo getting frisky in prison.
