Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida was arrested earlier this month on fraud and identity theft charges. On Jan. 29 Radar Online posted the court documents detailing conditions of Nida's bail.

It looks like Apollo won't be taking any trips out of the country any time soon. Part of the agreement to stay out of jail included surrendering his passport. In addition, he has to stay put in Atlanta unless he has permission to leave.

Nida has agreed to further restrictions as well. He is not allowed to drink alcohol and must surrender any firearms. On top of that, the conditions of his bail require that he look for work. It's assumed that he is paid for his role on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" but maybe that is not the case.

If Apollo Nida does not follow the conditions of the bail paperwork that he signed, he can go straight back to jail. Then again, if he's convicted again he will be headed there anyway.

As far as his most recent on-camera fight with Kenya Moore's assistant Brandon DeShazer, he better not do it again. The initial fight occurred before these new charges were made. At this point though, any breaking of local, state or federal law will result in an immediate arrest warrant.

As for his wife Phaedra Parks, rumor has it that she is starting to distance herself from this mess. She had said one of her New Year's Resolutions was to be a better wife. That might all have gone out the window after Apollo Nida's bank fraud and identity theft charges later in the month.
