The explosive part one of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion aired last night, Sunday, April 20, finally showing exactly what happened between Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart. After Porsha dragged Kenya to the floor by her hair, Kenya quickly bolted out of the room while Porsha lay on the floor hysterical over what she had just done. Many of the other housewives rushed to comfort Porsha, with NeNe Leakes taking the lead by directly leaning over Porsha and covering her mouth to prevent her from saying anything else that might come back to haunt her.
As the reunion aired, NeNe took to Twitter to give her opinion on the fight. She's placing the blame squarely on Kenya. NeNe believes that Kenya, desperate for money and fame, caused the fight. "This is what happens when u hire ppl 2 be on the show who has NOTHING 2 lose & will do anything for 2$," NeNe wrote. She added that props should be against the rules. Kenya was yelling at Porsha with a bullhorn immediately prior to being attacked.
NeNe also retweeted tweets from fans saying how proud they are of her for taking such good care of Porsha in the aftermath of the fight. In another tweet, NeNe said that Kenya provoked Porsha. She wrote that Kenya provoked Porsha just like she tried to provoke her by pulling her ear on the season's first episode. She joked that perhaps she should press charges against Kenya as Kenya has done to Porsha. Luckily for Kenya when she pulled on NeNe's ear, NeNe remained calm and simply walked away.
Porsha Stewart's action against Kenya Moore, even though NeNe Leakes thought it was well-deserved, resulted in her getting booted from the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion filming. Host Andy Cohen visited Porsha in her dressing room, where Porsha explained that she was pushed to her limit and blacked out. Andy reminded her that getting physical is not the way to go and told her to go home and get some rest.
