Kenya Moore is considering a lawsuit against Apollo Nida for slander. At least that's what she told Andy Cohen during her interview on "Watch What Happens Live." Andy confronted Kenya about many of the issues that "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fans think she is lying about. According to Mstarz on Monday, the hot topic was Apollo Nida and their sexting rumors.
When asked about the infamous encounter with Apollo, Kenya insists it was all lies. As the story goes, Apollo Nida ran into Kenya Moore in Los Angeles in 2012. There was allegedly some inappropriate text message exchanges and rumors that Kenya propositioned Apollo.
Kenya says this whole story is a lie and to date, no one has produced any naughty text messages. She says she never said anything inappropriate to Apollo and that they needed to check the dates and see when he claims this encounter happened. According to Kenya, she spent much of that time in Africa and wouldn't have even been around to run into Apollo.
That's when it get's really good. Kenya Moore tells Andy Cohen that she is considering suing Apollo for slander. With all the doubt surrounding many of her stories, Kenya wants revenge on Apollo for the things he said at the reunion show. Could it be because he embarrassed her badly with the truth? When Apollo and Phaedra took turns booking Kenya at the reunion show, she was unusually quiet. Like she really had nothing else to say in her defense.
During the Andy Cohen interview, Kenya challenged Apollo to reveal the date that they ran into each other. If they really had a scandal involving text messages and cell phones, they should just show the texts. That would put an end to rumors right? The least Apollo could do is show the text message phone records. If he could prove that Kenya texted him at all, there's not much she could say to that.
How would a slander suit work out between Kenya and Apollo? Could a judge even make a ruling since both sides have proved time and again not to be very credible? Let us know what you think of the Apollo Nida slander accusations in the comments below.
