'RHOA' Apollo Nida says he and Phaedra Parks will never separate

Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida's marriage is currently under heavy scrutiny after it was revealed over the weekend that Apollo was just charged with identity theft and bank fraud and had to be bailed out. While other marriages may buckle under the pressure, a divorce or even separation is out of the question for the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" couple.

On Tuesday, Jan. 28, Apollo responded to a story that he and Phaedra have separated.

"Have @PhaedraParks and @ApolloNida03 separated? Get the gossip," S2S magazine tweeted.

"NEVER!!!!" Apollo responded.

While some may take their sticking together as proof of their strong love, others aren't so sure. A fan of the show even wrote that they would never divorce because then they may have to testify against each other in court, a clear implication that BOTH were in on the crimes.

"Then they wouldn't be protected by the spousal privilege...he'll no!!!!" the fan wrote in response to Apollo's tweet.

So far, Phaedra has chosen to remain silent over the whole scandal. She may be busy trying to get Apollo a job since a condition of his bail is that he actively seek employment. Guess being a husband on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" doesn't count as employment!

Do you think Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida's marriage will last?
