In 2008, French-American fashionista Nathalie Welch opened a little boutique in the Shops Around Lenox that carried the perfect blend of West Coast meets Parisienne must haves and accessories. Two years later Welch’s Rhinoceros, named for a play by Ionesco, was no where to be found amongst the newly renovated shops. Bloggers speculated that another great Atlanta boutique had simply bit the dust and rumors swirled that Welch has simply moved to greener pastures, which was proven true when Rhinoceros opened it’s doors in Chattanooga. Now there’s a new rumor making the rounds, that Welch is back in town and ready to give Atlanta shoppers their French fashion fix.
Next Thursday, the rumors will once again prove true when Rhinoceros rises from it’s ashes returns to the Atlanta area. This time Welch is staying OTP, away from the hustle, bustle and over-saturated Lenox area, and is opening her boutique’s second location in Marietta. This new location will feature 1500 square feet of sleek design with elegant displays of meticulously curated collections of jewelry and accessories and the hottest fashion items by your favorite designers with a few newbies thrown in. Think Chan Luu bracelets holding court with Love Heals necklaces and jeans by Twenty8Twelve and Rich & Skinny. Whether your style is laid back or super chic, Welch has scoured the globe to make sure she has something for you.
