Review: Himalayan Green by Chicago-based ineeka starts as olive-green leaves with an intense, herbal nose. They quickly infuse to a medium bodied yellow-green liquor with a sweet/herbal nose.
This is a green tea lover's green tea: It is grassy, herbal, slightly nutty, and has a hint of bitterness. (I would recommend it as a good "food tea".) I would, however, issue the caveat that green tea newbies, as well as those who aren't overfond of green tea, are probably going to find this tea not to their liking. It is an intense tea with a lasting finish that might overwhelm those who prefer a more delicate cup.
