"Revenge" season 3 has been getting intense and a lot of questions are being asked. One thing that keeps coming up is what is causing Emily's blackouts. While it is possible that it is just a side effect and they may cease as she recovers, could it be possible that someone may be causing her to black out? On Feb. 2, Latin Times wrote about the theory that someone could be deliberately causing her to black out.

Warning: If you do not want to know "Revenge" season 3 spoilers, then stop reading.

Someone could be causing Emily's blackouts and Latin Times suggested that someone could be drugging her. That is entirely possible, but who could be behind it? Two names that keep popping up are Daniel and Conrad.

With Daniel, it is completely believable that he would go as far as to drug her or have someone do it for him. He has a lot of hatred for Emily and will probably go to great lengths to destroy her. If he can't destroy her, then he can at least make sure she is confused.

While the theory of Conrad drugging Emily seems possible, it isn't as strong as a theory as Daniel. It is true that Emily woke up with Conrad telling her what a great night they had, but he doesn't seem like the type that would take advantage of a drugged girl. Yes, he could be the person who is drugging her, but he would have a specific reason to do so and wouldn't mix his plan with sleeping with her.

But there is another person that could be responsible and her name is Niko, the nurse who is taking care of Emily who also happens to be the daughter of an old family friend. When Emily was still in the hospital, she was about to inject something into Emily's IV when she suddenly received visitors. At the Grayson manor she has let it be known that Emily got the attention and affection from Niko's father. Then you think about all the other little things that Niko has said and her suspicious behavior and it becomes clear that she may be the one who is causing Emily's blackouts.

What do you think about the theory of Emily being drugged on "Revenge" season 3? If you believe this theory, who do you think is responsible and why?
