On the Sept. 29 episode of "Revenge," Jack kissed Emily, but then told her that he has no feelings for her. He then told her that unless she leaves the Hamptons by the end of summer, her secret that she is really Amanda Clarke will be exposed. So what does the future hold for the two? Will there be more deaths on the show? On Sept. 20, Enstars revealed the answers to these questions.
Emily VanCamp, who plays Emily Thorne on the show said that she and Jack (Nick Wechsler) are going to have a "really intense ride" and a "kind of sad one" throughout season 3. While Jack's anger will come to a head, he will not murder anyone. Showrunner Sunil Nayar revealed that the body count in "Revenge" season 3 is going to be lower than previous seasons. He said,
"Last year, that was part of the dramatic thrust of the season, but we feel like there's so many great people among [the cast] that to kill them, there's an element of finality to it that we don't want to embrace because we want all of these wonderful characters to come back."
What do you think about "Revenge" season 3 so far? What do you think the future will hold for Emily and Jack? Do you think the decision to have less deaths this season is a wise one?
