When “Collusion” aired on Sunday, Jan. 20, we found out that Conrad is still up to his old tricks, Helen wants Victoria dead and Emily and Daniel spent the day away from home. The twelfth episode of “revenge” left little to wonder about.
Helen and Aidan
Last episode, Emily and Aidan staged a fake kidnapping of Helen and Aidan. The two were gassed and interrogated but as it turns out, Helen was on to them the whole time. She and the Americon Initiative have Aiden over a barrel as they have his sister. Helen produces proof in the form of a video that shows Colleen scared and confused. Helen says the only way to get her back is for Aidan to kill Victoria Grayson in the next 24 hours.
Nolan and Padma
Nolan and Padma are reunited but here sole purpose is to find a special program for the Initiative. Sadly for her, she slips up and the cat is out of the bag. Nolan is on to her and is cooking up his own revenge while contending with a broken heart and bruised ego.
Emily and Daniel
Even though Emily and Daniel are not exactly dating, Daniel invites her to lunch which ends up being a trip to L.A. He swears it’s more business than pleasure and that he needs her assistance so she goes with him. He is negotiating a business deal that Victoria wanted him to avoid. Victoria shows up to put the kibosh on the deal and make another deal of her own. Aidan is there behind the scenes too but he is trying to kill Victoria unbeknownst to anyone else. Daniel ends up putting the deal together in spite of mommy dearest.
Conrad and the Porter Brothers
Recently unemployed, Conrad has decided to pursue a career in politics. In order to mend his public image, he brings Ashley back in as his assistant and to get on the good side of the voters, he’s going to help the downtrodden Porter brothers and clean up the docks. His plan is to buy off the Ryan brothers and make them disappear. Instead, when he sits down to discuss the buyout, he learns of the Ryans’ plans to bring gambling to the docks and sees a shrewd business opportunity.
Emily and Aiden
Once Emily learns that Aiden is out to kill Victoria, she rushes to his side to stop him. Convincing him that the Initiative is just manipulating him, she gets him to wait, saying it would be better to this on their own terms. At the end of the episode however, Aiden receives another video. This time his sister isn’t looking so hot. The clip seems to indicate that his sister is dead and it has been made to look like a drug overdose. He warns Emily that if it is true, this one is on her.
What does Nolan have in store for Padma? Will Conrad get in bed with the Ryans and hang the Porters out to dry? Will Daniel and Emily ratchet up their courtship or will remain true to Aiden who isn’t all that happy with her at the moment? Tune in to “Revenge” next Sunday to find out.
