Summary: Victoria an Conrad star a charity in Amanda’s honor, but Jack doesn’t fall for the their charde. Elsewhere, Emily must worry about her past possibly coming to light once again.
Amanda as a girl is reading with her father by the fire.
V/O Emily talks about carrying a secret and how it’s like playing with fire.
Emily and Aiden are at a safe house. She tells him that she was visiting her father and Amanda. She tells him that his foster brother shows up. She tells him how she burned down their house. Flashback to where young Amanda is drawing infinity figures on paper when her brother, Eli comes in and they talk. Their foster mother comes and punishes Eli who protects her.
Charlotte is giving pictures to Victoria of Amanda for the charity. Daniel comes in as Charlotte leaves. Conrad suggests that they place the blame on Aiden instead of him. Daniel says he doesn’t want to do that beause of what the Graysons did with David Clarke.
Jack is meeting with the lawyer. He can’t get her money until the investigation is closed. The lawyer suggests getting a life insurance policy for Carl. Declan tells Jack about how Nolan told him about checking into a hotel room in Nantucket. Jack gets a call from Victoria. She tells him about the foundation. Jack gives her his blessing.
Emily walks in as Victoria gets off the phone. Emily says she wants to be co-chair for foundation while giving a quarter million to her. Eli comes in. He tells them that Charlotte invited him. He recognizes her, but she says its from the cemetery. She gives Eli a picture of Amanda with Carl. He says that he’s a writer. Victoria invites him to foundation event. Emily gets a call from Nolan. Emily uses the call so she can leave. As she leaves, Eli says he wants to get to know her better.
Emily goes home to talk to Nolan. She says that she doesn’t believe that Eli was in London like he said. Nolan says he will check him out. Emily says she needs to talk to Jack before Eli.
Conrad visits Daniel at work. He says that it helped ease his guilt by doing the foundation. Daniel says that he’s not comfortable framing Aiden. Conrad remembers how Daniel won a medal for swimming and he says that he doesn’t regret doing what he did because he was able to watch it. Aiden comes in. Aiden asks him for a drink to talk about some acquistion proposals.
Emily gets to the bar where Eli is already there. Jack goes to Emily to talk. She asks for his forgiveness. He asks about Amanda’s opinion of David in juvey. He mentions how Eli says that Amanda hated her father in foster care. Jack walks away when he hears that Emily is involved with foundation. Eli says that he’s not like she described him and called her Amanda. He looks at her tattoo.
Amanda and Eli talk. He says that he’s been looking for her. She tells him that she traded her name because she didn’t want to be Amanda anymore. She asks him why he’s there. She offers him money and wants him to leave. Flashback to when Eli and Amanda are looking at a barrel of fire. Amanda goes up to get looked at by a family. Present day. He tells her that he’s got outstanding warrants in three states. She says she can wipe his slate clean but he has to strt over somewhere else.
A man comes named Matt over to talk to Daniel. Daniel tells him to leave and Matt hits him. Aiden comes in and breaks up the fight. He tells Aiden to back off. Aiden gets a call Conrad. He’s at the bar.
Jack meets with a man on the dock. He asks if he was there the night when the boat sank. He asks who saved his life. He said a guy called and asked to charter the boat. He said he got a 2nd call. He gave him money to keep him from asking questions. He describes him and Jack thinks it’s Nolan.
Amanda/Nolan arrive at foundation dinner. Victoria says that she can’t be co-chair because of her other obligations. Emily introduces Nolan to Eli and Nolan deletes the record and Emily gives him a $100,000 check. Eli says he won’t leave until after the party.
Declan goes to see Charlotte. Eli comes over. Declan learns that she spent the day with Eli.
Emily goes over to Ashley. Emily thanks her for the heads up for Amanda. She warns her about Eli. Aiden comes in. Emily says that she can’t push Daniel because he would question her motives.
Ashley warns Victoria about Eli. She says that she doesn’t care about Eli.
Aiden goes to see Daniel. He says that Emily was still hung up on him when she dated Aiden. He says that he should trust Emily and he says Conrad is responsible for Matt. He says that the foundation is a front to keep assets from government. He says that he made the first move into framing Aiden and the next move is his.
Emily/Nolan hear Eli talk about his relationship with Amanda. Emily goes to the conversation. She brings up the fire. Eli brings up the fact that no one wanted them and that she started the fire so that him and Amanda could stay together. Emily sees Jack arrive. Eli gives Victoria the $100,000 check. Jack grabs the mic and starts a speech. He talks about the Graysons are some of the only people he can trust. Jack confronts Nolan. He says that he was the one that rescued him. Nolan tells that it’s something that he can handle. Victoria announces that Eli will be co-chair to foundation.
Emily confronts Eli. He says he stayed because he’s curious. Daniel comes out. Daniel offers to walk Emily home.
Jack is home watching his wedding video. Nolan comes in. Nolan gives him a card saying that Kenny was the one that bought the boat. Jack wants to find Kenny. Nolan tells him to stop because he’s got a son and brother. Jack apologizes.
Daniel and Emily get to her house. He tells her that he’s being forced by the Initiative to start the next plot. He tells her that the only way that he can loosen the noose so to speak unless he frames someone else. He tells her that they are using the foundation as a front to hide their money.
Victoria goes to see Conrad. They got about $5 million. Daniel comes in and says that he will frame Aiden by Friday. Victoria says that it’s because of Emily that he agreed to it.
Emily calls Nolan. He says that he told Kenny was the one that bought the speedboat. Emily tells him about what the Graysons are doing.
Emily and Aiden are at his house. She says she will leave Eli alone for now because he will get himself discovered as well. Nolan comes in as Aiden leaves.
They have a board meeting where Daniel announces Aiden as the newest board member.
Nolan starts working his magic against the Graysons but something goes wrong with the program. The program crashed. He says he’s seen it before. Past where Nolan meets with David. Says the Falcon is a hacker who helped framed David. He tells her to focus on Amanda. He gives her the box he made for her. He says the one that protected the Graysons bank account is the same one that sealed her father’s fate.
Things we learned/new questions
-It’s hinted that Eli is really the one that started the fire in the foster home
-Who is the Falcon? Could it be that Matt be the Falcon?
-What does Eli want with the Graysons?
-Will Jack still go after Kenny even though he promised Nolan he wouldn’t? Would that lead to him finding out that Kenny really didn’t buy the speedboat.
