First, agencies obtained by the Department of Administration can include the Office of Enterprise & Technology and the State Retirement System.
Next, the Department of Agriculture could obtain the Board of Animal Health and the Board of Veterinary Medicine.
Agencies obtained by the Department of Commerce should include the following: Department of Employment and Economic Development, Board of Accountancy, and the State Lottery, while agenices obtained by the Department of Education would include the Office of Higher Education, State Colleges and Universities, and the Teachers Retirement System.
The Department of Health and the Department of Human Services can merged to form the Department of Health and Human Services, and the agencies it obtains could include the following: Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Board of Nursing, Board of Medical Practice, Board of Pharmacy, and the Board of Social Work.
A Department of Justice should be established, and be headed by the Attorney General. In addition, it should obtain the following agencies: Department of Corrections, Department of Public Safety, and the Department of Human Rights.
A Department of Interior can be established, and the agencies it obtains would include the following: Department of Natural Resources, Pollution Control Agency, Board of Water & Soil Resources, Board of Environmental Quality, and the Forest Resources Council.
The following entities could be localized: Department of Iron Range Resources, Metropolitan Council, and the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District.
