The time change has come upon the season, again.
This weekend, it is the set time for the clock to be officially turned back or go back.
It gives daylight savings an ending time. Where in the springtime it is set to save on energy allowing for more natural daylight.
Now time is restored, time is given back. This is done at 2 am. Indeed, it also allows for extra time of rest. It brings dusk earlier in reference to the time on clock.
Then it is scheduled in the spring to start it all over again.
Not all states participate in daylight savings.
El Paso, TX does participate in the time change.
