Restaurant workers enjoy success of Heat

LeBron James is doing very well as a basketball player.

And so are people who work in sports bars. They are enjoying higher tips from customers who are in a mood to drink and party when the Heat are in action.

"I am glad the Heat are in the playoffs because I make more money when they are winning," said Brian Harris, a bartender at sports bar.

"When the Heat win, so do we. We get a lot more in tips," said Mary Ellison, a bartender at a sports bar.

"It is good for us when local teams like the Heat advance because we get more customers who are willing to spend more and often leave bigger tips," said Brandy Eggers, a bartender at a sports bar.
