For this Restaurant Stakeout installment, Willie Degel and his team head to Luis Concepcion, who is the owner of a Puerto Rican restaurant and he is losing money.
Concepcion's mother works in the kitchen and she seems to be doing a great job.
However, Ricky the waiter of three years plays too much, talks on a cell phone while working, doesn't listen to customers and messes up orders.
Maria the waitress is making too many errors and Degel makes her a hostess.
Another waitress is drinking shots behind the bar.
Jonathan, the busboy is doing a great job and is complemented by Degel. He is also dubbed a Rock Star by Concepcion. He is promoted to waiter and is still doing excellent work, upon Degel's final visit to the establishment.
Degel is kind to Concepcion's mother. This is refreshing.
Customer: I've never had sangria with canned fruit.
Degel: People wanna feel special on their anniversary.
Degel: She's doin' a shot with the customer.
Degel: This is a joke, this place.
Degel: You gotta take charge.
Ricky: Fire yourself.
