Newly opened after 19 months of city permitting and construction delays, Jefe’s Original Soul Shack has emerged as a cool and inviting fast casual restaurant. Soul Shack owner, Jack Garabedian has brought the comfort food scene a brick & mortar version of his food truck, Jefe’s Original Fish Tacos & Burgers.
Garabedian’s Soul Shack exudes the classic chill vibe his food truck and of the timeless laid back feel of Ensenada, Baja California surfing community for which his business concept has been named.
Just shy of the four year anniversary as one of Miami’s longest running, and best-food trucks among in-the-know locals and comfort food enthusiasts, the admired and respected food truck concept is now reimagined into a fast casual comfort food den for a whole new brick & mortar audience. The new Jefe’s Original Soul Shack is a cool interpretation of the original beach side taqueria of the 1900’s.
On the heels of his successful taco truck concept, Garabedian’s [Jefe’s Original] Soul Shack, has reimagined the beach side taqueria as an updated comfort food haven with an irresistible new spirit.
