Ease into exercising with some free Zumba and mimosas on Saturday, January 4, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. You'll be one of the first to see the new spring line, so bring your gift cards. Every Saturday after that (January 11th, January 18th, and January 25th), dance off some calories with a complimentary Zumba class lead by Nayanna from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
On Sunday, January 5, 2014, try yoga and Jamba with Erin Haynes. On subsequent Sundays (January 12th, January 19, and January 26th), Erin continues to teach you how to manage stress and anxiety in this fun and open environment as you invite positive change into your life through yoga.
Starting to lag? The Fueling Amazing Fitness Expo from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2014 will refuel your workout ethic. Enjoy fitness demos, a fashion show featuring the new spring line and gift bags!
