Hey all you "resolutioners", you "starters", "stoppers", "changers" and "promisers", it's day three of 2013 and what have you done?
If you're like me you're telling yourself that because the new year fell on a Tuesday, I may as well just take the rest of the week off to get ready for my life changing routine which I "promise" will begin on Monday!
btw...if "exercism" isn't a word, it should be because for most of us, exercising off those holiday pounds is the number one 2013 New Years resolution priority. And just like "exorcising" a demon, it's going to take prayer, pain, dedication and faith to send those pounds packing. (I would say "back to hell where they belong" but some people may find that offensive...)
