Resolution and support

Okay we have now opened the magic box call 2013 and our FFBF is ready for another adventure. Did we make a Resolution for the New Year? Among this years top five resolutions were losing weight and getting fit (1 and 5 respectively, reported by the NBC poll).

Our FFBF could use the exercise just us we need it. And although losing weight may not be the issue for our FFBF, all people and animals can use the philosophy of getting fit. The act of getting fit is a collaborative effort of eating right, getting exercise and getting the correct amount of sleep and balance of good and bad stress. Balancing all these things is a great feat which our pets will do as naturally as we allow. We on the other hand need to plan for our own outcome.

Here is a thought, getting exercise and eating right will be far easier if we balance this with fun and accolades. How about if this is paired with advertising information for pet rescue then we could meet two goals with one creative action. We can organize a community event or participate in an event already in production. There will be many organized events for our participation in the spring and summer. It would be less than responsible of us to participate in a walk or run to help the cause of a rescue or shelter event without getting in shape and training our FFBF. We did all this work before the holiday, however we have been lax with the training during the last two to three months. When participating in these activities our FFBF needs to feel secure and protected by us. By organizing a time with our friends, work cohorts and bringing together some walk and play time our FFBF will be ready to participate. We will also feel secure in how our FFBF is handling in a large number of people and pets.
