Taste of Flagler sounds like it will be well worth the wait this year! After inclement weather led to a cancellation of this delicious local event in Palm Coast, Florida last spring, the Flagler Chamber of Commerce is ready to roll with the rescheduled Taste of Flagler on Monday, September 23rd at 5:30pm in Central Park at Palm Coast Town Center.
The David Lane Band will provide the entertainment for this elegant event and tasting samples will be provided by Flagler area favorites including Atlantic Grille, Burrito 101, Captain's BBQ, Galactic Freeze, Coastal Cakes, Kokoro Sushi, Panera, The Humidor, and Woody's BBQ. Beer, wine, and other refreshments will be for sale to accompany the tastes.
According to the Flagler Chamber: "General admission is $5 and kids under 12 are admitted free. A dozen local chefs and restaurateurs will share tastes of their signature dishes in exchange for one, two or three tickets. (Each ticket costs $1 a piece.) Guests will have an opportunity to vote for best entree, best appetizer, best dessert and best overall, which give participating restaurants the chance to win awards, and, more importantly, bragging rights for a year."

Personally, I plan to sample everything :-)
