Reports: Groh to be named Tech defensive coordinator

ESPN's Heather Dinich and Adam Schefter are reporting that former Virginia head coach Al Groh will be named Georgia Tech's next defensive coordinator. The announcement could be made as soon as today.

Groh interviewed with the Miami Dolphins for their vacant DC position this week and was also considered a frontrunner for that job. Groh runs a 3-4 defense, so there will be plenty to learn during spring practice. No word yet on how much money Groh will make.
