The Oakland Raiders announced that they've signed Tarell Brown to a one year contract on Friday afternoon. His new contract is for one season with $3.5 million and all of the money guaranteed.

With Brown signing with the Raiders, the entire starting secondary from the 49ers 2012 is officially gone. Carlos Rogers became a cap casualty, Donte Whitner signed with the Cleveland Browns and Dashon Goldson signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last offseason.

Brown was the starting CB for the 49ers in 2012 and 2013. He was originally a fifth-round pick of the 49ers in the 2007 NFL Draft.

In 100 games, he recorded 240 tackles, 11 interceptions and 55 pass breakups with the 49ers. San Francisco will be playing the Oakland Raiders in Oakland this fall.
