Jon Gosselin cleared out Jon and Kate joint account
Looks like the divorce between Jon and Kate Gosselin is entering the War of the Roses phase, and Jon Gosselin is going on full attack. Now comes word that Jon withdrew $200,000 from his and Kate's joint bank account.
Kate's lawyer Marty Singer confirmed with People magazine that Jon took the cash, despite a court order that prohibits either Jon or Kate from making large withdrawals without the other's consent. Singer says that Jon nor his lawyer have responded to Singer's inquiries about the missing funds, and said, "I'm sure [Jon] will respond by going on another TV show." Um, Mr. Singer, Kate Gosselin hasn't exactly stayed off the TV airwaves, either.
Kate found out about the missing $200,000 when she started bouncing checks last week. When she called her bank to inquire about it, she found out Jon had left her with a measly $1,000. Needless to say, Kate was "upset." Furious is probably more like it. A bank account that the couple maintains for their children was supposedly untouched.
Jon's recent actions, starting with him shutting down production of Jon and Kate Plus 8 is obviously a brazen, orchestrated scheme cooked up around the time of Jon's recent hiring of Mark Jay Heller as his attorney. At first it seemed his lawyer was behind all this, but now I'm wondering if it was really Jon, and that's why his first attorney left as he didn't want to be a part of all this.
By making this current bold move, Jon Gosselin could find himself facing a contempt of court charge. So don't spend all that money at once, Jon!

He needs to keep his fantasy lifestyle going. He's not stopping filming because he's worried about his kids - he criticized people who suggested that his kids were being exploited a month ago. He's stopping because he got kicked off, and wants to look good as he goes onto new "projects." The only thing interesting about these two is their conflict. Once that's over, there's no reason to watch them. And, of course, in reality - this conflict is only hurting his children. Let them stop chasing celebrity and get real jobs like most of america - and start caring for their children. Both of their priorities are fame - not their kids.
According to Radar online, the money Jon took was in a joint account used for paying bills, groceries, and to take care of the kids.
Everything Jon does shows us more and more that Jon certainly doesn't give a crap about his kids.
Every day it becomes more obvious that Kate is the only parent here who truly puts the children first.
Heller has a history of telling his clients to clean out bank accounts so they can pay his fees.
Now the Hellers are like "family" to him and they're pulling the strings, scripting his comments and generally being puppetmasters controlling Jon. The ones who will get the most money from this now are the lawyers. There's no chance for a friendly divorce.
I have thought for a long, long time that Kate is the only true loving parent here.
Jon's behavior has me worried for the kids. I would try to get custody of them until Jon doesn't act so crazy.
Jon needs to grow up. Whether he likes it or not, he has 8 children. And whether he wants to be famous or not, he is. Everything he does will be documented for his kids to see.
And in Kate's defense (which everyone seems to hate) when she goes on TV shows, she never reveals anything. At all. Ever. So why go on these shows? People are WATCHING. She is making money.
I hope someone teaches Jon a lesson. You can sleep around and make yourself look like a sleazeball but at the end of the day you have responsibility that YOU got yourself into. I don't care if you had 8 kids at 27 or 52. MAN UP.
Jon really needs to shape up. His behavior is unacceptable.

Jon really needs to show that hes stepping up and being a man and prove that he is there for his kids. Kate just needs to stop airing out their business to the public. She is making the world hate Jon and now making their kids hate their father.Handle your business privately Jon and Kate. stop making people feel sorry for you. This is no Team Jon or Team Kate. Its about the kids, right?
