According to Fox 4, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Michael Jenkins was carted off the practice field today with an injury to his lower right leg.
There was no immediate word about the severity of the injury.
Jenkins was a first-round pick last year. He started three games as a rookie. He is competing with Orlando Scandrick for the starting position this year.
