I know that for my own kids, that there are certain kinds of toys that my boys play with, get all the learning they could ever get from it done, and move on. The toys end up being left aside.
With Aboo Toy Rentals, depending on the kind of membership you choose, you can get several toys per month that are delivered for FREE, super clean (as in steamed and, therefore, sterilized) right to your door.
Your child can play with it for as long as they want. When they are done, you request your FREE pickup and request other toys.

Jessica not only has membership plans for local moms that would like to minimize clutter and save money on toys, she also has a special plan for families that are visiting Vancouver. That way, moms and dads don't have to bring toys with them - toys will be waiting at the hotel when they arrive in Vancouver and will be picked up before the family travels back home.

What inspired Jessica to start Aboo Toys?
In her own words:
"My name is Jessica and I am the founder of Aboo Toy Rentals. We are a toy rental company that services the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We deliver the latest toys right to your door for a low monthly membership fee. Plus, delivery is free!
I live in Vancouver, British Columbia with my husband Todd and new baby boy, Hayden. Our little one is a very lively guy who enjoys starting his day at 4:30 a.m. His constant mischievous grin leaves me wondering what we’ve gotten ourselves into. I do finally understand, though, what parents mean when they say, “It’s all worth it!”.
As I am sure you can relate, my life has been turned upside down since Hayden arrived. I have gone from being a full-time lawyer to being a stay-at-home mom. I now happily change diapers, dance around making monkey noises and sing songs. However, I also found myself wanting to create something to help children develop, learn and play while helping parents financially and spatially. I will explain what I mean by “spatially,” as that was really the impetus for this business.
Before Hayden was born, I would happily survey our 700-square-foot condo and picture our wee baby taking up a wee amount of space…yah, right! The baby stuff kept piling up and piling up. Initially, my “solution” was to sell the stuff that was making all the clutter. Todd would come home from work and say “Didn’t we used to have a chair here?”. “Yes,” I would mumble, averting my eyes. In reality, we kind of needed that chair. What we didn’t need were the toys that Hayden no longer played with.
The idea of a toy rental company started to form in my mind. Why pay a ton of money for something your baby would likely get tired of in weeks, days or even minutes? Why let unused toys pile up at home? Why not pick out toys online with a few simple clicks? Why not have those toys delivered for free right to your door? Not just any toys: the latest, newest and coolest toys. Toys that are 100% sanitized every time. Toys that have been carefully researched for your little ones as being safe, fun, good quality and educational. Toys we will pick up when you are ready for new ones.
And so my little idea blossomed into Aboo Toy Rentals. Let us do the work, so you can spend more of your valuable time playing with your children!
