Friday, April 10 is sure to be a fun day for Clemson students who are near the Library Bridge between 12:30 and 3:30 pm. According to a post today on their Facebook page, Crossroads Animal Rescue (CARE) will be set up on the Library Bridge with puppies from their rescue.
Of course, puppies need people to love them and play with them, and students certainly love puppies, so this should be a win-win fundraiser for all parties involved. Students who donate $1 will be able to play with a puppy for five minutes.
What could possibly be more fun that spending a beautiful spring afternoon playing with a puppy and helping a nonprofit animal rescue organization at the same time?
Students interested in volunteering with CARE are encouraged to visit them at the Library Bridge tomorrow as well.
