Starting this week at the House of Bread Spiritual Center (1925 N 60th Ave., Hollywood, FL 33021) is a 4 part workshop with Master Sunyata Saraswati on Ching Chi Chi Gung: Sexual Secrets for Male Potency. This course is for men only and will be on Tuesdays, September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, 2012, 8:00pm - 9:30pm. This workshop is promoted as a progressive class series to build your chi and vitality, for longevity, cultivation, and growth. This mini-course is based on a system of sexual chi gung that teaches students how to nourish their own life while keeping their partner happy through energy cultivation and spiritual intimacy. It includes keep fit exercises, active internal movements (to raise Kundalini from the sexual chakra center to the higher energy centers at the brain), and Ching Chi (sexual) energizers.
Ching Chi (sexual energy) practices are designed for converting sexual energy to increase the power of one's chi (vital life force). The reproductive energy is a powerful creative force that may be taken up in the body and transmuted into strength, health, and vitality for the purpose of regenerating and invigorating the energy system. The transmutation or conversion of sexual energy gives great vitality to those practicing these methods. It results in tremendous inner chi power, which can be outwardly manifested as confidence, charm, personal magnetism, strength, and charisma in your everyday life. In this course, students learn methods that are simple yet highly functional for converting sexual or reproductive energy into a powerful vital force for the entire body. In addition to having tremendous health benefits, these practices also strengthen one's inner chi development and allow the practitioner of these methods to apply a more practical use of this energy rather than depleting it during lustful indulgences outside of serious relationships. These practices themselves are simple and effective. The energy, once converted, can be directed towards other non-sexual channels or objectives and utilized with great advantage by the couple or individuals. Nature has condensed one of its most powerful forms of chi (the power to create) into reproductive energy, placing immense power in such a small space as the reproductive battery and urge to procreate.

Master Sunyata Saraswati has devoted over 50 years to the study and practices of tantra, yoga, Chinese Gung Fu, and traditional healing arts systems from Hindu, Taoist, Tibetan, and Egyptian cultures. Born into a very accomplished spiritual family, Master Sunyata was introduced to yoga as a child by Paramahansa Yogananda. Yogananda was a pioneer in bringing Eastern yogic traditions to America. Master Sunyata's grandmother was practicing Tibetan yoga in the 1930s, and she was a friend of Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography Of A Yogi. Later, during a visit to his grandmother's house in Chicago, Illinois, Master Sunyata as a young boy was honored by the yogi by being given a "transmission" of grace. "Transmission" refers to a yogic belief that spiritual information can be passed on without words.
